Summary17073: 2FA stopped working
Description

It was fine until we had version 3.25.10. After updating to version 3.25.11, 2FA stopped working.
In the log-In screen, it says 2FA is failed. After removing the current 2FA setting, I tried to register 2FA but nothing happen after clicking 'Create 2FA Binding' button after typing in the confirmationKey.

There was no change between .10 and .11 that could cause this.
Can you activate debug mode in config.php and see if you get a more elaborate error? Also check browser console for any error information.
