Summary16994: E-mail cannot be sent to a new participant using create/add participant
Description

By adding a new participant after sendind email to a list of participants, after "Generate access codes" use Inviations&reminders / send email invitation is not functional.

Here the message I have :

Warning
There were no eligible emails to send. This will be because none satisfied the criteria of:
having a valid email address
not having been sent an invitation already
not having already completed the survey
having an access code
having at least one use left

And on the line of the participant, there is a date in the column "Invitation sent?" and the same date in the column "Reminder sent?"... And the email is not sent.

Steps To Reproduce

Having an existing survey with a list of participants which have already receive an invitation.

Create
Add participant (Add Firstname/Lastname and email)
Generate access codes
Display participants
Inviations&reminder
send email invitation

You will have the message "Warning There were no eligible emails to send ...."

Quick question: could you please attach a screenshot with your "participant settings" ?
Then, send also a screenshot with the table how it looks like before getting the error/sending the invite (the code was already generated).

In fact, dates displays just after creating a new participant whereas :
Invitation sent? = NO
Reminder sent? = NO
During the creation
