| Description | I created file upload questions. However, when I preview or activate the survey it is not possible to acctually upload files. A window opens but it is neither possible to select files to upload nor to close the window (see image below). | ||||

Tested using Chrome and Firefox. I was able to upload file. However, in Chrome there is a slight delay on the screen shown in attachment |
