Summary16875: strong tag displayed in First and Last name column of Survey responses page
Description

When token table is initiated, there are strong tags displayed in First and Lsat name column of the Survey Reponses page.

I have checked this problem at Version 3.25.1(My server), 3.25.2(Limesurvey Cloud) and 4.3.28(Limesurvey Demo) and all show the same problem.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a closed survey with a token table.
  2. add a new token with First and Last name.
  3. submit a new response
  4. go to Survey Responses page in the Admin section.
