Summary16864: Subquestion quick add, Add-button breaks question
Description

Replace-button on Quick add works, Add-button does not.

Steps To Reproduce

Add a question of type Multiple choise. Go to subquestions and press Quick add. Write for example

SQ01;foo

and press Add. Now you can not save the question, not even if you remove all subquestions.
