Summary16737: Error when saving yes/no question after editing
Description

I create a question and save it. I then edit the question. I save the question in order to update it with the edits I have made but I get this error:

500: Internal Server Error
CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'question_order' cannot be null

I have gotten this error from trying to save edited yes/no questions, and also with editing and saving multiple choice questions.

Additional Information

This severely slows down the process of learning to use LimeSurvey, and increases the time it takes to build surveys because you can't tweak questions - you have to delete them completely and start again for even minor edits. Extremely frustrating.

Maybe need to update to 3.23.5 ?
If after update : please set debug mode and send the HTML file directly.
