Summary16648: Creating a new survey -> Owner is not properly saved
Description

Hi,

when creating a new survey, changing the owner is not saved. It needs to be changed in the survey settings, then it is saved.

Steps To Reproduce

creating a new survey
changing the owner to somebody else than the admin
saving
opening the survey details
admin is still the owner

We completely changed the create new survey form so that issue won't exist anymore in LS 4.4 (thanks for the note though! :) ).
