Summary16559: Plugin surey settings html broken at 1st load
Description

Using html type settings broke javascript at 1st load

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Import included plugin (only a setting)
  2. Activate the plugin
  3. Go to a survey / Overview
  4. Reload page
  5. Go to Plugin settings, show plugin setting
  6. dropdown did not have select2 and html5 is not enable
  7. Reload page : it's OK
  8. Go to a survey / Overview
  9. Go to Plugin settings, show plugin setting : it's OK

Still a pjax issue about the way to load javascript and packages
