Summary16505: LDAP queries not allowed for LDAPv3 + LDAPS
Description

I have tried to get LDAP queries configured in ldap.php to work with our LDAP server. I had to patch application/helpers/ldap_helper.php to allow LDAP encryption on LDAPv3 also. After this patch everything works as expected. Is/was there a reason why LDAPS is not supported for LDAPv3.?

I could provide a PR if required.
