Summary16493: very slow + timeout
Description

We have the old version of 2 ( 2.72.6) many years . It woks nice .
We installed an new version of 4.3.3. But this version (4.3) is really slow, to login, to create and to edit a survey. And survey site has timeout.
Our system configurations are Web server software Microsoft-IIS/7.5, mysqlnd 5.0.12-dev, PHP version - 7.2.2, Database server version - 5.6.40-log.

I recently had a problem with Firefox causing my LS4 to hang with very long load times. It appears it was a cache problem, but doing a simple "clear Cache" did not fix the problem.

On Windows 10 go to Control panel/programs and features/scroll to Mozilla and double click as if you were going to delete it. Agree to make changes and then click on "refresh" to restore faults and remove add-ons. You will want to go back and selectively change your options or add-ons.
This resolved my problem and in general, all my browser activity is better.
