Summary16383: Table of contents broken for German "Participant settings" page
Description

The table of contents at https://manual.limesurvey.org/Participant_settings/de seems to be broken. Though nearly all parts are translated to German, the table of contents is not listed on top.
The english versin at https://manual.limesurvey.org/Participant_settings displays fine.

Not sure what is wrong there.
