Summary | 16314: create a new survey it is taking a long time. | ||||
Description | Hello, When updating from version Limesurvey3.21.3+191219 to version Limesurvey4.2.4+200520, i noticed that, when I create a new surveyit is taking a long time, 5 or more minutes to create a new one, after this, i doing some tests, and i found that in my "limesurvey/upload/surveys", i have about 8GB of data files and when i removing this files from this folder everything starts to work correctly. There are some kind of limitation of the space occupied in this folder ("limesurvey/upload/surveys"), in this new version ? Thanks, best regards, | ||||

Hello, i tried with the version 4.4.0 RC 1, and the problem is resolved, now i can create new survey quickly but now i have another problem, when i try go to settings, for example "General Settings" or "Presentation" or another setting it freezes the limesurvey. please see pictures below. Another errors in the version 4.4.0 RC 1 on click - "List Surveys", or "Create survey", or "themes" - gives me an error see pictures below. |

Thanks for feedback. I will mark the ticket as closed. We will investigate separately why the issue pops up (we will test the update procedure from 4.3 to 4.4) |
