Summary16305: uploading image with same name produces unclear error
Description

When I create a question and upload an image (example.jpg) to be used in the description it works.
Then I am creating a new question and I want to use the same image again. So I click on ad image in the editor, select the same (!) excample.png then the error (see screenshot) occurs.
I suppose it's because a file with that name already exists.
(yes, I know, I can use the one uploaded already)

Possibly solved by revert file manager and ckeditor to LS3 version.
