Summary16270: Can't re-save questions with answer options
Description

Every time I try to create a question with subquestions or answer options, I can save it juste fine the first time. But if I try to modify it later on, in most cases, I get the following error message : "Question cannot be stored. Please check the answer options for duplicates or empty codes."
If I change the answer options or click on Quick add and hit Replace without changing anything, I can save my question fine again.
I also noticed that a red-circled cross appears in the question code field when this bug occurs (see pictures below).

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a list (radio) question.
  2. Enter some answer options ("worked" for me with three)
  3. Save
    After saving you should have a red-circled cross, suggesting that question code is too long (which is not the case). If you don't have the bug, try to refresh (it can be versatile, as mentioned here : https://www.limesurvey.org/forum/design-issues/120538-question-cannot-be-stored-please-check-the-answer-options-for-duplicates-or-emp)
  4. Try to save again
