Description

Event if the database exists, the same error message shows up and I am unable to install the application.

I have created a MariaDB 10.3 DB, later a MySQL8.0 DB, tested with PHPMyAdmin - DB exists.
DB location tested: localhost, 127.0.0.1, db server address with and without port definition
Tested with and without prefix, also with and withou DB name.

Issue blocks the installation process.

It was in the engine - Im using InnoDB - now it works.
My fault - i did several tests with several databases and a lot of combinations but i forgot to change also the engine.
