please see attached - this survey was sent out in april 2020 and the dates are very strange

Apologies - to reproduce
set up a survey with respondents in the normal way - send out invitations with uses = 1
edit a respondent - manually change 'uses' from 1 to 10 in the pop up
save and the dates will change to those above ie 20.12.2003 and 30.11.1999 (if a survey has been completed)
I left the start and end dates in the pop up blank initially. I subsequently changed them and it made no difference to the dates in the attachment above

How is the data being collected? The date and time are influenced by the server time. Is that configured correctly? Were there any issues with it?
