Summary16148: Array 5/10 point choice numbers not shown on mobile devices
Description

When taking a survey with a table of 5/10 point choices, the numbers (e.g. 1-10) are not shown to the user.
This makes it almost impossible to correctly complete the survey.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a survey with an array 10 point choice and open it on a smartphone.

I already have a fix for this issue in my fork created today: https://github.com/milux/LimeSurvey
