Summary16107: Question general settings not updated before page refresh
Description

I created a question and changed some general settings (e.g., mandatory, condition...). When I saved the question, the general settings that were displayed after that were those by default (e.g., I chose "Yes" for mandatory, and after saving the question, "No" was selected again).

Yet, it seems that the modifications I applied to the general settings were saved somehow, because when I did a page refresh, they appeared as wanted.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Create a question
2) Change some general settings (e.g., mandatory, condition)
3) Save (general settings by default are displayed)
4) Refresh page (general settings appear as modified during step 2)

Thanks a lot for your response. "Save as default values" is enabled. You will find attached a .lss of a survey in which I performed the steps necessary to get the bug (with LimeSurvey 4.2.2).

I managed to try with "Save as default values" disabled by default. The bug was still there.
