16077: Unable to add condition to survey question.
Description
When adding a linking condition to present a question only if a certain selection is made, upon saving the question, any answer beyond the first answer for the question is removed. The answers for the question then cannot be modified.
Steps To Reproduce
Create condition to present question if prior question is answered.
Save question.
Answers beyond the first answer will be removed for the question which you just applied the condition.
The answers for the question then become unmodifiable. The question must be recreated.

Could you please attach an .lss file that would allow us to easily reproduce it? (I couldn't on my local instance , thought I didn't test it with postgresql)
