Summary16071: Enable different languages in the survey logic file
Description

When browsing the survey logic file, only the default language is available. Since there appears no better alternative than the survey logic file for a code book, it'd be nice to be able to switch the displayed language - so the file can be shared internationally if you were as smart as me to have the default language set to Germen.

I will close it since it will be a bit of work to do that and it's not a common feature request from users.
However, the ability to change the base lang is important - I will have it in the to-do.

I think of this since week, but never take time to create the feature request ;).

Just X buttons at top with all la,guage links :)
