Summary16056: Video plays without audio in Safari
Description
  • Upload in LS3 via question editor an mp4 video.
  • Preview the survey -> no sound.

I tried with midori & epiphany but couldn't reproduce the issue

MP4 is a container. So we would need to guess what kind of video and audio streams are in that MP4 file.
If you cannot play the audio stream, it might be just an unusual format.
You would need to attach a mp4 file to allow reproducing the issue.
Or check different MP4 files for testing.
