Summary16001: Inheritance not working - see window before activating survey
Description

The options from the window that appears before activating a survey do not inherit the values set up at the group and global level

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Enable store IP addresses at the group level
  2. Access a survey that inherits "save IP addresses" from the respective survey group
  3. Activate survey -> inheritance not applied. Save IP Addresses is turned off.
