Summary15972: New translation is "stuck in hidden"
Description
  1. Download limesurvey.pot from /locale/_template
  2. Create a new translation in Poedit using the template
  3. Upload new language to a new folder (en-150 in this case) in /locale/
  4. Update application/helpers/surveytranslator_helper.php with the new language
  5. Open global settings and move the new language from Hidden to Visible and hit Save
  6. The language is still shown in Hidden

Screenshots and translation files are attached. The Visible box also grows each time with an empty line.

If it works with the standard languages then there must be a issue with your newly added language.
Anyway, it is not bug in LimeSurvey.
