Description

After installing the latest comfortupdate nothing works, just a white screen or a 500 server error. Replacing the backup files fixes it

Looks like a missing dependency. From php-fpm error logs:

PHP Warning:  require(/srv/www/limesurvey4/third_party/composer/../symfony/polyfill-ctype/bootstrap.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /srv/www/limesurvey4/third_party/composer/autoload_real.php on line 66

composer require symfony/polyfill-ctype seems to fix it
