Cache issue most probably. And what version you use? I see two versions mentioned in the ticket. |

Thanks. I'll empty the cache. Sorry, LimeSurvey version is 3.22.4+200212 but it's been happening for a while now. Say since 3.2x. |

It has been an issue at some point (in an early 3.2x release), indeed. Please update to the latest version and clear cache . Everything should be fine after. |

Thank you very much! I updated to Version 3.22.6+200219 and cleared the cache and everything is back to normal!!! |
