Description

I imported a survey from version 3.x.
I am able to change questions
I am not able to change the question type from existing questions.

I am not able to change the question type on new questions.

I am attaching a screenshot.

Steps To Reproduce

don't know, just try to change the question type

Hi,

problem is solved - the query was only paused, not closed.
Once the survey was closed, I am able to edit everything as normal.
