Summary15751: WYSIWYG Editor version 4
Description

The WYSIWYG editors for welcome and ending areas were replaced in version 4 by an editor with absolute basic features only. Since these areas really are the only parts, where one could do some simple visual effects with tables, backgrounds etc., I consider it a step back from the old versions.
Even though apparently only few users were using the advanced features, it kills the compatibility with old versions.
If it doesn't hurt, why not leave the old editor from version 3.x.

I ask you to consider putting the old editor back into 4.x or maybe replace it by a even better one. Txs.

In 4.4 the old editor will be available (you can check develop branch)
We will later decide to which version will the CKEditor be updated.
For now, I will close the ticket.
