Summary15713: Survey admin details are not populated correctly when creating a new survey
Description

When creating a new survey usually name + email gets added at the survey details. Currently I only see name propopulated with "Adminstrator" and the email is "your-email@example.net", though the logged in user has name + email set diffferently at the user account details..
Also the bounce email is not populated, see screenshot

Steps To Reproduce

Create a new survey.
