Hi,

When I try to save any change in Survey options for theme extends_bootswatch it's redirect to Survey list page and any change is saved.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Extend template bootswatch without modify any file.
  2. Create a survey and open it.
  3. Go to 'General settings'-> Template -> Select extends_bootswatch -> Save
  4. Go to 'Theme options' -> Survey options for theme extends_bootswatch
  5. Change 'Inherit everything' or 'Bootswatch theme' - SAVE
  6. It's redirect to Survey list page and any change is saved.
