Steps To Reproduce
  1. New survey
  2. Add survey page, only title
  3. Click save
  4. Click on page title in structure side-menu
  5. Click edit
  6. Add page description
  7. Save
  8. Hangs

Update: the issue may be related to switching fast from Overview to Editor and then clicking save (repeat the procedure 2-3 times) -> then everything hangs

I reproduced it once... only once out of like 15 tries.
