Summary15447: Order of answer option fails
Description

Saving a list question (eg. radio) with answer options named (=Code) 1, 2, 3, ... , 10, 11, 12, 13 will destroy the order as edited. The order stored and displayed will change to 1, 10, 11, 13, 2, 3, ... instead.

Steps To Reproduce

Setuap a List question with answer options named (code) 1 to 10, 1 to 11 or something like this (1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 12 will do it too)

Corr: no error, "Sort answers alphabetically " was set and is working! Please close this issue.

With "Sort answers alphabetically " set correctly, the order is ok in the backend, but the question itself is displayed still in alphabetical order.
