AJAXMode still activated by default.
Version 4.0.0-RC5+191014
It shouldn't be that difficult to deactivate the mode by default and add a warning.
Removing from the codebase would be the second step.

Fixed in branch issue-15343-disable-ajaxmode-and-visually-remove-ajaxmode-ui.

Also did some cleaning up (PHP warnings ...) in separate commits.

Needs review and testing.

First impression with LS4 RC6:
LS shows no longer any options for AJAXMode inside the survey theme options or the theme options. No difference between existing and newly created surveys.
