Summary15247: Issue when trying to create a report in Offlinesurvey
Description

Hi, I`m using offline surveys version 1.53 in Android to connect with Limesurvey Version 3.17.13+190824 .

When I try to create the survey I got the message attached

Steps To Reproduce

The url is :
http://mineria.hopto.org:8080/index.php/319619?lang=en

user : admin
pass : password

I already added full logging to understand what´s going on but I can´t find the issue
