Summary15230: Call to a lot of «social network» on ADMIN part
Description

When edit a Long text question, i see Privacy Badger alert.
There are call of social network (even if i don't activate anything) in admin part.

Seems it's included in https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/tree/develop/assets/packages/embeddables
Why always load in public : https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/cee6c4ff5293fe53d2f094dbd00ef0f4010cb288/application/config/packages.php#L69

Must be disable by default, only loaded when needed .
A lot of people use LimeSurvey as a professionnal tool to create big form not related with «social media»

Should be disabled in current develop.
The additional embeddable scripts will only be called if there is an embeddable.

Question : in project : call only youtube if youtube (but no facebook) , call only facebook if facebook video (but not youtube) etc … ?
