Summary15202: Date warning showing up even with correct date
Description

May not be an Expression Manager bug, it was just the closest thing that I think the issue applies to.

I put in the value of "today" in the Maximum Date section for a date question. All is working correctly except that no matter what date I select (ostensibly all dates today or before), I get a warning that pops up. It is very confusing for our users. The warning pops up even if I have the "Hide tip" selected as yes and a forum member indicated this may be a bug and encouraged me to file a bug report.

If not a bug, I would suggest deleting that warning.

  1. strtotime("today") send false https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/95fefdbb749999afda9c9ca952c9bb5da8cab2f0/assets/scripts/expressions/em_javascript.js#L2486
  2. Must check https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/95fefdbb749999afda9c9ca952c9bb5da8cab2f0/assets/scripts/expressions/em_javascript.js#L1019 with strtotime (since PHP use SQL date version)
