Summary15194: Unable to remove page title from PDF generated at "print answers" screen
Description

At the PDF which can be exported from the print answers screen the title seems to be hard coded. There is no way changing that at any of the twig files.

Steps To Reproduce

Complete a survey with "users may print answers" activated. Then call the print answers link and the "PDF Export" button top left.
