Summary15127: IP address warnings and cropping
Description

When saving IP address (notification & data management) there should be a warning that in certain countries there could be legal problems with the collection of IP addresses (present state is that only the complete IP address can be saved).

Feature request: It would be good if there was an option to save only first, two or three blocks (incl. IPv6).

Implementation as survey group feature?

I don't see any option for cropped IP addresses in RC3 . Any news, @markusfluer?
