Summary15002: Cannot upload any file type in file upload question
Description

I am reproducing the error described in https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=14989 in multiple browsers.

If I include "pdf" in the list of Allowed file types and try and upload a pdf file I get the error message:
Sorry, file type (extension : ) is not allowed!
If I do not include "pdf" in the list of Allowed file types and try to upload the same file, I get the error message
Sorry, only png, gif, doc, odt, jpg, png files can be uploaded for this question.

(This applies to .jpg and .png files as well; I haven't tried other extensions)

I guess that means that, other than assumed in the response to bug report 14989, the problem is not that the file does not have an extension, because then the extension should also not be recognised in the second attempt?
