Summary14916: When i use IE or MS edge randomly appears aleatory "We are sorry but your session has expired." message
Description

Hello:

When i use IE or MS edge appears of aleatory message when i press (my survey has 3 groups) "Next" button
"We are sorry but your session has expired."
"Either you have been inactive for too long, you have cookies disabled for your browser, or there were problems with your connection."

But in Chrome or Firefox doesn't appears this message. I try use others themes and i erase all the logic conditions, but still shows me the same error.

For me it's so important that this survey works fine in IE enviroments, due for the high number of users that answers this survey in my ambient.

Steps To Reproduce

First copy the survey link in a IE 11 or Microsoft Edge in the navigation bar.

Second i see without problems the welcome message and press the next button.

Third, i see the error message.

This is not a bug but most likely a server/client misconfiguration or network issue.
Please use the community forums for help, instead.

Alternatively check out LimeSurvey Professional (use the FREE package) and check if you have the problem there too.
