Summary14914: Installation stops with error message after the screen with the details of the administrator
Description

I tried to install 4.0.0beta on my online server and it stops with the following error message after the screen of the survey admin.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function random_bytes() in /home/pdb/public_html/surveys/XXXX/application/third_party/sodium_compat/src/Core/Ed25519.php on line 25

Installation worked without problems on on a local XAMPP installation, but fails on the webserver.

Actually, minimum PHP version for LS4 should be 7.0.0, but it was not implemented yet.
Now I fixed that, so Installer can't continue if minimum PHP version requirement isn't satisfied.
That said, I would close this bug report as this bug wasn't supposed to be shown at all.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for looking into this. I suspected something with the PHP version or the MySQL version already, but as it went through the check screen, I thought it might be something else.
Now I guess I will have to move to another server, because on the one I am am running my current installation, I think I can't update to PHP 7. ;-)
