Summary	14748: Really hidden equation question type (not in HTML)
Description	Currently : hidden question type is Display in HTML if one of the question in same group are shown Not display in HTML if all question is hidden I think it's great to have "really hidden" question for equation
Additional Information	But if you need evaluation (a quizz with score for example) in all in one page survey : evaluation is done, a user can check source to see his score. If you move equation in only group : there are no submit button. This feature fix such issue.
