Description

When trying to upload files : nothing happen

Steps To Reproduce

Import included survey, launch, try to upload files

Additional Information

See console.log
Here it's a open_base_dir restriction but any 500 error (or 400) can goes to such error

Oup … error 500 due to open_base_dir : still an issue (must show a clean «error» to user).
