Summary14600: Batch-edit participans not working
Description

When you select some records from the participants list and then select "Batch-edit participans", the pop up window opens but the controls are inactive.

Steps To Reproduce

go to demo.limesurvey.org, create a test survey with a participant table.
Create some dummy tokens.
Select one or more, then in the "Select participant(s)..." menu select "Batch-edit participans"

Can not reproduce on last git version : seems to work.

Latest version 3.16.0 works as expected, no issue.
demo.limesurvey.org website doesn't use the latest version (v3.15.8 is used).
