Summary	14397: Questions with slider : display issue in different versions of internet explorer
Description	With different versions of Internet Explorer (including the most recent ones, such as 10 and 11), sliders (multiple numerical input question type) do not appear to respondents. It also seems that the problem can occur with firefox quantum 64bits (without more details on the version). Steps To Reproduce	1) Create a questionnaire with a question with a slider. 2) Open the questionnaire in a version of Internet Explorer (10 or 11).
