Summary14393: doubled answer options with sticky header on small screen or with "break tables" on
Description

Answer options are displayed twice, when theme option "sticky headers" is turned on and screen size is small or when theme option break tables is turned on. Issue only appears after scroll down (as soon as header would become sticky).
