Summary14264: Inconsistent behaviour for relevance filtering in question group
Description

I've managed to narrow the problem down to a pretty small example question group.

If I use an assignment expression to prefill responses for the first two questions.
The last two questions use the answer to the first question in their relevance equations.
The second last question will show.
The last question will not.
Even though they both use the same relevance equation.

Some extra details:
It doesn't seem to disappear unless I do at least two assignment expressions, one is not enough.
It doesn't seem to disappear if the assignment expressions aren't in the same question group as the questions which are assigned to
It doesn't seem to disappear if you use "Preview Question Group"

Steps To Reproduce

Prepare a new survey.
Import the attached question group.
Click "Preview Survey"
Click Next at welcome page
Witness Last question is missing

Additional Information

My company is currently using your limesurvey expert hosting option so I don't know the OS, Webserver, or PHP version.

Usage of assigment work in group description BUT it's the bad way : https://manual.limesurvey.org/Expression_Manager#Using_Assignment_Operator
Because it's not done when it must done

Usage is to do it in Equation question type

Sorry I had previously used equation questions for this purpose on a different survey but ran into issues so I forgot that what I was disregarding the recommended advice here. Thanks for the help
