Typos and missing information in HTML meta information:

1) EN <meta name="description"> is:
LimeSurvey: the Online-Umfrage Tool - Open-Source Suryeys
should be:
LimeSurvey: The Online Survey Tool - Open-Source Suryeys

2) DE <meta name="description"> is okay ("LimeSurvey: das Online-Umfrage Tool - Open-Source Suryeys").

3) DE <meta name="keywords" content="LimeSurvey: das Online-Umfrage Tool - Open-Source Suryeys" />
should be changed to match EN
