Hello,

We used LimeSurvey to get send survey by mail at specific users with token define.
People who answer usually do before coming the last visit of the program and visit us in our entreprise.
If they don’t answer before, they do it in our waiting room, using the public access.

We observed that when an invitation mail is bounced / rejected the counter of left participation turns 0.
When users try to open the survey, the are rejected because of this counter.

We have to go in the setting of the contributor to turn this counter to 1.

Is it a normal action of the software ?
If yes, how can we unselect it? We lose a lot of time when people can’t access it by them self.
