Summary13961: Multiple Numeric Question - Mandatory issues
Description

If you set a Multiple Numeric Question with:

Input: Equal Sums Value
Value range allows missing: TRUE
Question is Mandatory

The question fails mandatory validation as not every option is input, but Value Range allows this.

Question is Mandatory => all value must be entered, even with 0 or space. Not a bug in my opinion.
