Summary13891: Plugin cpVille does not working
Description

The Plugin cpVille (https://gitlab.com/SondagesPro/cpVille) does not working on 3.X

If you install cpVille in plugins/, than you can't get plugin interface, you've got a white page !

And this for every version 3.X !
